Tree Plantation Initiative Terms

1. Participation Requirements

• Participants must be at least 5 years old

• Participants must commit to caring for planted trees for at least 6 months

2. Tree Plantation Process

• Our team will contact you within 2-3 business days to coordinate
• Tree plantation must be completed within 30 days of registration
• Participants must provide photos of planted trees for verification
• Only native or environmentally suitable tree species will be provided

3. Certificate Issuance

• Digital certificates will be issued upon successful tree plantation verification
• Certificate codes are unique and non-transferable
• Certificates may take 5-7 business days to process after verification

4. Website Feature Opportunity

• High-quality plantation photos may be featured on our website
• By participating, you consent to use of your photos for promotional purposes
• Full credit will be given to featured participants
• We reserve the right to select photos based on quality and relevance

5. Privacy Policy

• Personal information will be used only for this initiative
• We will not share your data with third parties without consent
• You may opt out of promotional communications at any time

6. Liability

• Participants are responsible for their safety during tree plantation
• Sahayak Seva is not liable for any injuries during the activity
• Participants must follow all safety guidelines provided

7. General Terms

• Sahayak Seva reserves the right to modify these terms at any time
• Disputes will be resolved through mutual discussion
• These terms are governed by Indian law
